The Bidni olive, found only on the Maltese Islands, produces a limited yield each year, making its extra virgin olive oil truly exceptional. Small, hearty, and marked by a distinctive violet hue, the Bidni fruit is renowned for its superior, richly flavoured oil.

Once known only to a secluded stretch of woodland between Bidnija and Wardija, this endemic variety has only recently been rediscovered and revived.
