Untitled02 is part of a study on human connection through the lens of a migrant settling into her new home. Exploring the intimacy of newfound connections and a journey of self-discovery. 

Majka explores the connections with new people in her life - friends, lovers - and herself as she discovers her new identity in the places she visits most often on the island.

Majka Wiraszka is a 25-year-old documentary photographer and filmmaker from Warsaw, Poland currently based in Malta. She dabbles in digital and analogue forms of both photography and film, having practised those art forms since she was 13 and 18 years old. She deals with themes of realism and rawness in her work.
