Pocket Sandwich Studio, formerly Island and the Prairies, was born when Maltese illustrator Kristina Zammit Endrich moved to the frozen prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada. Six years in, what started as a way of visually chronicling her musings became a line of tongue-in-cheek greeting cards and prints.
